The Victron Energy LYN034160200 Lynx Smart BMS 500 is equipped with an integrated Battery Monitor Pre-Alarm signal. This provides an advanced warning to users before the system initiates an automatic shutoff. The Lynx BMS also has an auxiliary power supply which maintains power for the Cerbo GX even after the battery has shut off. This is an ABYC requirement and allows the user to examine the system and determine the correct course of action to get things up and running again.
