Yes the Victron Energy PMP123021102 MultiPlus 12/3000/120-50 120V VE Bus Inverter/Charger does have a grounding relay that connects neutral to ground when it is inverting and separates them when it isn't. The relay is programmable, like many features of the MultiPlus, so in the event you need to turn off this relay you can. This would only apply in some specialized applications.
