For a boat with a 30a service: I have 2, 8d (230) Ah lead acid batteries and one, 100ah Lithium. Is this charger capable of charging all three with the three legs? If not, Is there a different unit I should consider?

The Victron BPC123048102 Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 120V with three outputs only has a single charge profile so yes you can charge three battery banks but they all have to be the same kind of battery. You can't mix and match batteries because there is only one charge setting you can choose.
