No the Victron BPC123048102 Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 120V with three outputs is not waterproof. The IP22 tells you the rating, you can check my article IP Ratings Explained. In the IP22 rating the first "2" means Protection against something bigger than a finger, and the second "2" means Drip protection when slightly tilted
