The Victron BPC123048102 Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 120V with three outputs only has a single negative output because all three batteries must share the same negative. The single negative output can go to whatever common negative bus bar the batteries share. The negative wire is carrying more current than the positives because it is the return wire for all three so it can be a bit bigger than the positives. The max size wire that this charger can accommodate is 6 awg. Since 6 awg is a tight fit you would need to use a wire ferrule on the end to make it work. Anything smaller can probably fit without a ferrule.
