The Victron BPC123048102 Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 120V with three outputs can charge three battery banks simultaneously. The total charge output is 30 amps and how this gets distributed between the batteries depends on how charged up they are. The one that is at the lowest state of charge will tend to take more of the total. Note that the three outputs are isolated from each other but they all have the same charge profile and all the batteries have to be the same type.
