No, the Bluetooth of the Victron Energy BAM030712000 BMV 712 Smart Battery Monitor with Bluetooth only accesses the BMV itself. The BMV is not connected to the MultiPlus. In order to program the Multi you will need a laptop and the Mk3 USB interface. Here is an article about programming the Multi.
