Yes the Balmar 48-YSP-4JH-F Pulley Kit comes with two belts, one is for use as a spare. This one comes with a J470 belt which has a circumference of 47". If using this kit with the XT-250 alternator or with other brands of alternators you may need to swap out the belts as the length doesn't always work out.
