I am not sure that I will be able to get an HDMI cable to my drivers area from where I pan to mount the Cerbo GX. What is the Bluetooth range ? Does the USB carry data or is it strictly for power ? I may be able to run the HDMI over Cat 5 making it possible to run the display from USB power and signal over HDMI via Cat 5. Thank you! Sincerely, bruce

The Bluetooth range of the Cerbo is just a few feet. It can be extended with a Bluetooth USB Dongle if you want to connect to other Bluetooth devices like the Ruuvi temp sensors. The Bluetooth is used to set up a WiFi connection. When you look at the Cerbo on your phone you do so in a browser window and the connection is by WiFi. This WiFi connection is not particularly long range either and it too can be extended with and external WiFi long range module
