The Victron Energy SCC110050210 Smart Solar MPPT 100/50 Charge Controller with Bluetooth has a maximum output of 50 Amps so it would be best to use circuit protection of a bit more than that so its not always on the point of blowing. I suggest somewhere in the 60-75 amp range. Then you must use wire capable of carrying that current which you can check up on in the Ampacity Tables.
