The Victron Energy BPC121531104 Blue Smart IP 65 Waterproof Battery Charger 12/15 (1) with Bluetooth is fully programmable from your phone or tablet using Victron Connect. There are presets already built in but you can go into "expert mode" in the programming and make your own values. You can download the Victron Connect program from the Apple or Android app store and play with your product in demo mode.
