Many new alternator installation don't need this. I suggest you complete your alternator installation first and then come back later to install this if needed.
How do I know if I need this 15-TSS for my new alternator installation? I am replacing the Hitachi LR180-03C on my Yanmar 3JH4E Balmar 15-TSS Tach Signal Stabilizer
