Yes the Victron Energy ORI122420020 Orion 12/24-20 Step-Up DC/DC Voltage Converter takes an input of nominal12 volts and outputs at 24 volts. The max current allowed is 20 amps. This is a converter, not a charger, so the output voltage is a single constant voltage, It can be adjusted within the range 20-30 volts. The allowed input voltage range is 9-18 volts.
