i�m putting a second balmar 210 Amp alternator to a yanmar engine. On argofet 200-3 the 200 amp is input limit? may i pit output 3 and 2 in parallel?

I really can't recommend that you run this over its rated current. We want to build robust electrical systems and installing something that is over its rating is a recipe for failure. In general when you get to over 200 amps you need to be looking at alternative ways to distribute your charge between multiple batteries.
