The Phoenix Sine Wave Inverter 24/3000 120 Volts is an inverter only. Its MultiPlus equivalent, Victron Energy PMP243021102 Multi Plus 24/3000/70-50 120V VE Bus Inverter/Charger costs less and is an Inverter/Charger capable of charging the batteries at 70 amps. When used as inverters they both perform identically.
