If a battery gets a bad cell, can that cell be replaced? Also who does the replacement? How many service centers are available for this in the US?

In the event there is a warranty on these batteries the decisions on how it is handled are decided by the Victron warranty department in conjunction with the service center. There are currently in the region of 6 service centers in the US.
