They are both ACR's that work on 12 or 24 volt systems and both are rated for 120 amps. The Blue Sea one is larger, more robust, and uses 3/8" terminals whereas the Victron Energy Cyrix-ct 12/24V-120A Intelligent Battery Combiner is smaller, cheaper and uses 8mm (5/16") terminals. The Blue Sea model is ignition protected and can be used in gasoline powered boats but the Cyrix is not. They both have bidirectional sensing. They both do the same job and behave more or less in the same way with small differences.
With the Cyrix you can fit a small remote momentary switch (sold separately) that forces a combine for 30 seconds. This would be used to patch in the house battery when starting with the start battery is proving difficult.
With the Blue Sea 7610 you can wire it to the ignition so it drops out as soon as the ignition is activated, meaning there is no drop in voltage for your electronics when starting.
