Yes the Balmar 48-YSP-3YM-A Pulley Kit for Yanmar 3YM20, 2YM-15 is suitable for the Yanmar 3YM20. You may not need this kit if your alternator is only 100 amps but even though its not essential many people like to get the pulley kit anyway because it gets rid of all the belt dust, makes the belt last longer, and eliminates belt squealing. The kit includes an upgraded alternator pulley that you will have to swap out. Here is how to do that.
