Yes in theory you can do that. The Victron Energy Orion 12/24-5 Step-Up Isolated DC/DC Converter (120W) outputs 5 amps at 24 volts so the input will be 10 amps at 12 volts. You might want to check what fuse the vehicle manufacturer has provided for this outlet so you dont exceed the rating and blow the fuse.
