These Victron Lithium SuperPack batteries have an internal BMS to protect the battery from over charging or over discharging. They do not however have Bluetooth communication with the battery and to read state of charge you are going to need to add something like the SmartShunt or BMV 712, both of which give volts, amps and state of charge, and both of which have Bluetooth capabilities.
