The 5032 split bus is supposed to have 6 switched and 6 constant terminals, correct. Can you tell me why all 12 of mine show 12.6 when testing without the engine being turned on??? Thanks

The fuse block has two separate inputs. How they behave depends on how you wire them. Some people use this fuse block where they have two battery banks and some of the circuits relate to one battery and others relate to the other battery. Another way of wiring this is that some circuits are on all the time and some are controlled by a switch.
