This is an older charger and was designed before Lithium batteries made it to the scene. There isn't any real way to program it for Lithium and I don't think it is suitable for what you want. We have lots of other options that would work for you, but in general if you want a charger this powerful you would need to be looking at an inverter charger, even if you don't need the inverter part.
