I would normally wire this as a single circuit using 14 awg wire. The run is pretty long so if you are planning on running large loads from the 12 volt outlet you might want to up the wire one size more.
When wiring this does it take one or two circuits & size size of conductor 20ft max run Marinco SeaLink Deluxe Dual USB Charger and 12V Receptacle 12 Volt Accessories
