Yes this will work. That's a bit of a small alternator to connect directly to some powerful lithium batteries. Be sure to also get the alternator temperature sensor and be sure to derate the alternator output. The batteries put such a big load on the alternator that it tends to overheat so you have to control for that at every opportunity. Be sure to follow the instructions on how to get your BMS to stop the alternator charging when necessary.
