No it does not but you can purchase one separately, the Blue Sea 4026 Panel Back will fit this breaker panel. If you want a fully waterproof enclosure we can supply the Blue Sea 3116 ELCI Main Surface Mount Panel 30 Amp 120 VAC which has a similar breaker already mounted in a waterproof box.
