Yes you can connect to all three at the same time. You will see a summary of what is going on with each device. When you want to go into the details then you can only look at one device at a time.
If I have three of these hooked up to a 702 and two MPPT75/15 controllers, can one tablet (iOS or Android) monitor all three at the same time? And display all three too? Victron VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle
