Can this dongle will connect directly to Victron 75/15 MPPT solar controller?

I currently have 3 Victron 75/15 MPPT solar controllers on 3 PV panels. Will i need 3 dongles?

In new installations its better to get the Smart MPPT's with Bluetooth and then you don't need any dongles. If you have an existing installation with Blue Solar MPPT's without Bluetooth then you can upgrade them to Bluetooth with these dongles, you will need one per MPPT.
