Yes you can connect to the MPPT using your phone and Victron Connect. Yes this charge controller is suitable for a 200 watt solar panel. However unless your PV voltage is particularly high you probably only need the 75/15 model. The first number refers to the maximum allowed PV voltage, 100 volts or 75 volts.
