The max output current of the 75/10 is 10 amps. If you have a 12 volt system and it is charging at 14 volts 10 amps represents 140 Watts using the formula Watts = Volts x Amps. So a 250 Watt panel is way too much for this MPPT. Consult this table for a recommendation:
