No, the Victron Energy ASS000100000 Temperature Sensor for BMV 702/712 and Smart Shunt does not allow the second channel to multitask. If you are using the second channel of the ASS000100000 sensor to read temperature, it cannot simultaneously read the voltage of a second battery.
