Yes the 60-YP-MC-100-SV alternator and regulator kit fits the Yanmar 3GM30-F with a minimum of fuss. You will need to upgrade both the positive and negative output cables to accommodate the increased current. Remember this is an isolated ground alternator and so you must provide a dedicated negative output cable, no current is carried through the engine block.
