The ORI303050000 Orion 50 Amp Programmable Buck Boost DC-DC Converter does not have Bluetooth connectivity and won't show up on your phone in the App. It also doesn't have a communication port that would allow it to show up in the Cerbo GX. Its communication port only works with its own dedicated programming app. There is a later generation of Orion BuckBoost that will be able to do these things. Coming some time in Spring of 2024 we will have the Victron ORI121217040 Orion XS Smart Buckboost 50A non-isolated DC-DC charger
