This is a DC DC Converter, not a charger. It delivers a single stage output of 12 volts from an input of 24 volts. The output voltage is factory set to 13.2 Volts but can be user adjusted with a screwdriver between 10 and 15 Volts, however this is not at all the same as a charger that would allow more programming options.
