The Balmar 48-YSP-4JH-E Pulley Kit for Yanmar 4JH2-E -TE -HTE -DTE -UTE is the one to use for your 4JH2-TE engine. You shouldn't really need a pulley kit if you only have a 100 amp alternator but many people get them anyway. Getting the kit gets rid of belt dust and makes for a much more satisfactory installation, especially one where the alternator works hard. For anything over 100 amps you definitely need a pulley upgrade.
