We do sell the shunt by itself and the circuit board by itself but your plan is not going to work as you hope. The brains are in the display and every time you disconnect the power it resets to a full battery. Also how is it supposed to make any sense of battery performance if you keep switching which battery it is measuring? Also it is counting amps and time and can only count one battery at a time. If you want to keep track of all the details of two battery banks you need two complete BMV's
