The Victron shunt maximum current is 500 amps and the voltage drop when carrying this current is 50 mV. If your analog meter has the same ratio it will work, otherwise your readings will be a fraction or multiple off. Analog meters are not adjustable but some digital meters are. The shunt and meter always have to have the same settings.
