Just to point out, the Victron Energy Orion-Tr 12/12-30A (360W) Isolated DC-DC converter is a DC DC Converter and not a DC DC Charger. The chargers are more sophisticated and have Bluetooth built-in which gives more options on how to turn them on and off based on battery voltage. The DC DC Converter has a remote control port. One way to connect up the remote control is to wire it in to the vehicle ignition. Then it will only be on when the ignition is on.
