No, the Victron Energy SCC115110411 SmartSolar MPPT 150/100-Tr VE.Can, does not come equipped with a cooling fan. Its quite efficient and doesn't generate too much heat. There are fins on the back designed to help dissipate any heat generated. For maximum efficiency it should be mounted on a wall or bulkhead so natural convection removes any heat generated
