Yes, the Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-18A Isolated DC-DC charger, includes a remote on-off feature. It uses a jumper wire as a remote, although its not a green plug like some of the other Victron products, it acts the same way, and its operation is described in my blog post and video How to use Victron green plugs for remote control.
