The shunt included with the BAM030712200 Victron Energy BMV 712 BLACK Smart Battery Monitor with Bluetooth is capable of measuring up to 500 Amps. Larger shunts are available and sold separately, the 1000 amp version is Victron Energy SHU102050200 Shunt 1000 Amp 50 mV for use with BMV Meters
