The ground is not shown on the switching diagram because the ground is never switched. The grounds stay connected all the time regardless of what position the switch is. There is a terminal to connect a ground to the back of the panel so that the metal plate is grounded but its not big enough to connect three big wires. You will have to make provision elsewhere to connect them to each other on a common busbar or other connection point
