Yes this harness has what is known as a "Ford" plug at the regulator end. It is a flat four pin plug with terminals for Positive, Negative, Field and Ignition. It works with the current MC-618 model and the older MC-614, MC-612, the ARS-5, the ARS-4 and maybe even some older ones. It even works with other brands of regulator because the Ford plug is somewhat of an industry standard. The plugs for the alternator end are more likely to vary but you can usually figure out how to get around that.
