No it won't. The MPPT Control is not a battery monitor, and neither is the MPPT itself. They have no idea what other charge sources or loads are connected to your battery and so are not in a position to know its state of charge. To get state of charge info you need a dedicated battery monitor such as the BMV 712 or Smartshunt
