The Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter 12/3000, while efficient, doesn't offer any charging output. It's simply an inverter, not an inverter charger. You could consider the more cost-effective Victron Energy Multi Plus 12/3000/120-50 120V VE Bus Inverter/Charger, which does both tasks.
