Sometimes the belts in these kits don't fit. This happens most often if you are using some other brand of alternator, but it an can also happen if a hose in the engine pushes the alternator out a bit further than normal. There is no charge for swapping unused belts for your Balmar Pulley Kit 48-WSP-33. However, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. We ask you to purchase the new belts first, then set up a return to send them back. Here is where you can purchase the belts. You can return the original belts. Remember that because the belt goes out and back every 1" change you make to the belt length results in approx 1/2" change to the distance to the alternator. The dimension you will need is the circumference of the belt. Its not that easy to measure, a tailors measuring tape would be best, otherwise a piece of string.
