You can mount the Balmar 60-YP-MC-100-SV alternator even if the bolt and holes differ in size. This is because bushings are available that can adjust the mounting tabs of the alternator. The alternator ships ready to accept a 10mm mounting bolt. A mounting bolt is included in the 60-YP-100-SV kit. Also shipped separately are two bushings that can be used to adapt the alternator to accept an 8mm mounting bolt. This covers all the variations commonly found.
