Yes, as long as the charge sources are located downstream of the shunt they will get measured correctly. What you cannot do is connect anything directly to the battery, everything has to go through the shunt first. ABYC rules allow a maximum of four connections for a single terminal so you may not want to connect everything to the shunt itself. If you have lots of items to connect you will need a busbar.
