The panel comes fitted with ten 15 Amp circuit breakers and has space for you to fit six additional breakers. You can add the extra breakers yourself, its easier to do before you wire the panel because afterwards the wires get in the way. You need to use A Frame White Toggle Breakers and these come in a variety of sizes up to a maximum of 50 Amps.
