The only difference is size. The Touch 50 has a 5" diagonal screen and the Touch 70 has a 7" diagonal screen. Which you pick depends on your budget and how good your eyesight is. If you are interested in customizing the display as described in my blog post Customize your Victron Cerbo GX display with GUI MODS the screen can become quite crowded and you will need the larger one to make it easier to read.
