The amp rating of the Lynx Smart BMS 500 is 500 amps so you can put a maximum of a 250 amp fuse on each battery to reach the total of 500 amps. The fuse would be the Blue Sea 5118 Fuse A3T (Class T) 250 Amp You can use this in either the Blue Sea 5502 Class-T Fuse Block 225-400A or the BEP 778-T2S-400 Pro Installer Class T Fuse Holder w/2 Additional Studs - 225-400A If you use the Blue Sea fuse block you will have one wire from each block going to the BMS. I think its quite reasonable to have two wires come to the one connection on this BMS where the connections are sturdy and adequately spaced out. If you use the BEP fuse block you can link the two blocks together at the output and then go to the BMS with a single wire. In that case you would link the two together with one of the LBJ-2 joiner bars. The snag here is that the one wire is now carrying 500 amps and its hard to find a wire big enough.
